The movie revolves around Shiv Ram Kishan Kumar (Kapil Sharma), a wealthy businessman who has three wives: Simran (Simran Kaur Mundi), Juhi (Manjari Fadnnis) and Anjali (Sai Lokur). He manages to keep them in different apartments in the same building by lying to them about his work and travel. He also has a girlfriend, Deepika (Elli Avrram), who is unaware of his marital status. His life becomes complicated when he gets involved with a gangster, Tiger Bhai (Arbaaz Khan), who wants to marry Deepika. To make matters worse, his lawyer friend Karan (Varun Sharma) also falls in love with Deepika and tries to woo her.
The movie is a comedy of errors, as Shiv faces hilarious situations due to his multiple marriages and affairs.
